Liability
The Services supplied by Yogarise do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such services are suitable. Before commencing an exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

It is also vital that you supply the correct information about yourself. Yogarise is not liable for any incorrect information supplied by you and we are not responsible for any injuries suffered caused whole or in part by your failure to follow the instructions of the instructor or by any physical impairment which was not fully disclosed to Yogarise in writing.

Statutory Rights and Refunds and Cancellation
Courses are sold in blocks of six weeks. The Client shall not transfer sessions, including promotional vouchers, to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the Client.

Class fees may be increased by Yogarise at any time. The Proprietor shall give the Clients no less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases.

Any booked sessions must be cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled class time, in person, via email or over the phone. In any other case, the session will be charged and deducted from the remainder of the Client’s course.
